Intuos 5 wont connect to PC

    First please make sure you have installed the correct driver. 

    Please go here and select the Intuos 5 from the search bar and download the last compatible driver: 

    If the problem persists, replace the USB cable. 

    If the problem still persists, then you tablet is probably defective and you would need to buy a new one. 

    The current generation equivalent is the Intuos Pro: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/products/wacom-intuos-pro
