How to get 4k on my cintiq pro 16 without a thunderbolt port.
I don't have a thunderbolt port on my new PC, all I have is a display port, and an HDMI port. How do I get 4k resolution? I seem to only get 2k and its driving me crazy with how awful and fuzzy everything looks.
Even if its not a Wacom product, is there some kind plug or adapter that I can use to fix this?
If it can only get 4k with a thunderbolt connection, would I be able to get a display port to thunderbolt adapter and then plug that in?
I also have a display port to mini display port cable that didn't end up working when I tried it initially. Is there some way I can make that work with the link to get 4k?

Hi Gianna Caldera,
To answer you question directly, yes, 4K is possible without thunderbolt, but it also depends on your computer specifications.
Can you clarify exactly which version of the Cintiq Pro 19 you have? There is the DTH-1620 and the DTH-167. This is important to understand how the connection works for each of the different models.
If you have the 1620 version, please follow the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006263621-How-do-I-connect-my-computer-to-a-Wacom-Cintiq-Pro-13-16
For this version, if you don't have the Wacom Link, you can try a different multiport adapter as long as the the requirements for 4k are met.
Otherwise, if you have the 167 version, please follow the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405476338199-How-do-I-connect-Wacom-Cintiq-Pro-16-2021-with-my-computer
