EK Remote Grid Buttons not responding to touch
Hi,
I set up a simple Grid Panel to use with my EK Remote on my Surface Pro 7. My intent was to have easy access to these key presses while digital painting. Unfortunately, the buttons on the Grid Panel only respond to my pen - not my finger. That obviously doesn't help when I'm trying use my left hand for the buttons and my right hand for drawing.
I've tried assigning an EK Remote button to Touch On/Off, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. All of my other finger-based presses and gestures are registering just fine on my Surface.
Can anyone help me understand what I'm doing wrong, please?

Hi Matt Armstrong,
I never tested the On-Screen panels with a surface device so I am not sure how it is supposed to work, but to my understanding, it should always react to any click input, regardless if it's a mouse, touch, pen or trackpad input.
Are you trying to use it while your pen is in proximity? The palm rejection would probably affect your ability to use the buttons with touch if your pen is too close to the surface.
