Can't find serial & Model Numbers
So, I just bought a Wacom intuos small tablet. When I went to install the Whiteboard software the number given does not work. Soooo I was going to just send Wacom a message and get a new number from them, but to send the message to Wacom I need the serial number and Model number.
I look all over the unit and there is no numbers of any kind - even under a magnifying glass.
I pulled the box out of the trash - nothing said I needed to keep this box -- and there are numbers on the one side, but I don't know what they are or what they even mean.
As it is now, I unplugged it from my computer and tossed it in a box ... I bought it for the fact I can use it with the software -- but I can't!
In that setup process it kept saying if the numbers don't work message us--- I can't even do that !!
This is my last attempt to get this working ... next it goes in the original box and both go in the trash and I eat the loss but never deal with Wacom again !!
I am just so done with messing around with this already .. it's either going to work or it's gone !!
If anyone can help me out ( in spite of my contempt) I really appreciate it and thank you very kindly in advanced.

You should also be able to just register your tablet via Wacom Center following the steps here:

Ok ... I had to pull - out my electronics magnifying glass just to read that under a strong light. I never saw that writing the other night.
Just seems like they deliberately made it difficult to find the numbers.

You are most welcome. Yes, I agree that it is very hard to see on that model. This is something we have improved with the more recent models.
