Button 3d model, lp-180e, cth680

So, I just got a tablet with a pen from a friend and the pen has the buttons missing. Can I find a 3d model of the buttons of the lp-180e or even measurements of the dimensions of the buttons? Are there anyways to use the buttons without 3d printing? Any ling term solutions?
