My Wacom One Pen Detected Display Disconnect Itself

I have such a good experience with Wacom One (Gen 1) since 2020. But now, my pen detected display was disconnect itself. I try followed all the video instruction in Youtube a lot like download new or old driver, reset Wacom services and buy a power adapter but the problem wasn't solve at all. Can you help my problem, I really frustrated that I never been able to draw with my precious Wacom.

  I am sorry, but from your description, I don't really understand what the problem is. 

  Are you not getting an image on your display? I would recommend that you check the connection and verify that everything is connected properly:
