Brand new Cintiq 22 Pro cursor jittering and repeatedly misclicking

I just received my Cintiq 22 Pro and after installing the drivers, I noticed that the cursor was jiggling/shaking in place and it would bring up the right click menu randomly and rapidly register clicks without the nib touching the screen. I've tried clean wiping and reinstalling drivers repeatedly - both the newest driver update and the previous version - which hasn't had any impact. I hooked it up to my PC and interestingly enough, it seemed to be working fine based off a quick test. I've tried testing different cables and I'm positive that my Mac's USB-C ports are functional. Support has been utterly useless - should I just return it for a new unit?

  Hi Vince Linton, 

  If the Display and the Pen work as expected on Windows, then there is no hardware issue. Of this we can be certain.

  What you describe, seems like external interference so please check your connection and cables again. Also check for potential sources of EMR interference like other wireless devices. 

  I would also encourage you to continue working with support and share all your findings with them for a more efficient troubleshooting.
