DTK 1301 not recognised Mac 15.6.1

My Cintiq 13HD pen display DTK 1301 is not being picked up in the Wacom centre on my MacBook Pro M1 2019, OS 15.6.1

After reading some posts I think it might be because I use a usb-c hub as an adapter for the usb-a cable as the MacBook doesn't have a usb-a port.

I've tried a few different adapters and hubs and none seem to work.

  Hi Miles J, 

  Thanks a lot for checking the other threads and trying to replace the HUB to begin with. 

  Is there a computer with a USB-A port you can use to test? I might be that the proprietary 3-in-1 cable of the Cintiq 13 has become defective and needs to be replaced. 

  This is an older model no longer in service so it might be hard to find a cable replacement.
