Can the STU-430 Signature Pad Be Used with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax?

I primarily use Adobe and Kofax for PDF operations, and I bought the STU-430 signature pad because I heard it could be integrated into both of those programs. However, it appears that the plugin for Adobe is long deprecated, and I can not find any reliable information regarding Kofax. Is the Sign Pro application the only way to use the signature pad? Thanks.

  Hi Jorge Rivera, 

  Depends on your use case. If you just want to take signatures on a simple computer setup, then SignPro is the way to go. If you are part of a bigger organization that already has a larger setup and can/wants to integrate a signature component with other applications, then the SignPro API or SDK can be used.

  Hi João,

  Thanks for the information. Just to be clear, then, the Adobe plugin is no longer available, and we would need to write our own plugins to allow the pad to work with any application other than Sign Pro?
