Wacom Pen and quick pad not working.
I have a Wacom 27qhdt and, after setting up a new pc, I have my touchscreen working for the first time in years, as Wacom could not find the problem.
I think it was the actual laptop, which had a touchscreen and a pen of its own.
So now I have my new one, which happens to be a desktop; everything's working, including my pen, but as soon as I load the Wacom driver, my pen lights up and then stops working.
It has now told me that my Wacom Driver isnot supported anymore. It's also telling me to remove all Wacom from my computer while the Wacom is disconnected, then restart my pc.
I have done this, and I now have the touch screen working, but no pen.
I checked this online and found people saying to roll back to an older driver, but I can't find one.
The one on my disc keeps bringingup errors halfway through installing. This driver is: v. 6.3.10 for Windows. Can anyone help with this, please.

That is the correct driver you are trying to install.
Did you contact the support team recently? I could not find any currently open tickets.
Can you please tell me what the driver error and install errors messages are?
Also, what do you mean exactly by "my pen lights up and then stops working." Since there are no LEDs in the pen, I assume you mean that it shows up in the Wacom Center and then disappears? Or do you mean the that LED indicator in your Cintiq is reacting to the pen?
