setting up Wacom Centre
This keeps coming up and not allowing me to set up my Wacom Centre, see below.
Cannot open server 'wcm-ws-apps-prd-sql' requested by the login. Client with IP address '20.51.81.26' is not allowed to access the server. To enable access, use the Azure Management Portal or run sp_set_firewall_rule on the master database to create a firewall rule for this IP address or address range. It may take up to five minutes for this change to take effect.

That is not a Wacom related error. Seems your firewall is blocking the driver from running properly so you need to check with your system admin.

Thankyou for getting back to me, your correctby what you have read from the message.
It does seem to be a firewall issue, how ever I'm not sure how to resolve it.
If I allow the firewall down will that leave vurable and I dont know what I need to do exactly in the setting.

I'm sorry but this is out of our scope in this case. I am not able to advise you much further on the technical aspect.
If you have a system admin I would recommend you to contact them.
If you are setting up an Azure connection by yourself, I would recommend you to contact Microsoft to understand how to setup the firewall safely.
