Ctl-4100 registration
Bought this tablet years ago and just got around to using it. I no longer have the package it came in and I cannot register apparently, I need to do so through wacom desktop center. But that just I have no device connected no matter what port I use. This tablet doesn't show up anywhere in my settings and devices/connections. No video from wacom on YouTube has been a fix for this. No matter which one I try. Is this just a useless slab of plastic now?

Hi ky si,
If it doesn't show as connected, then check the LED first. If the LED is OFF then there is not power or connection going to the device and the cable you are using should be replaced.If the LED works, please install the latest driver compatible with your Wacom Intuos and Operating system from here: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers
The tablet should then be detected.
