New Grip Pen KP-501E-01 is not recognised with Cintiq 24 HD

New Grip Pen KP-501E-01 is not recognised with Cintiq 24 HD. Tablet is working well as a monitor. All cables are fine. I use windows 11 and Wacom Driver 6.3.46-2. Appreciate any help, thanks
