Issues with Mouse Mode
I have a Wacom Intuos CTL-4100WL pen tablet. When the mapping is set to mouse mode, the pointer is not moving smoothly. It moves in some jumpy/choppy form. It is not possible write or draw anything on any app. I have tried IbisPaint, MS Paint, MS OneNote, PowerPoint. Can someone help me resolve this issue?
Note that it works fine in pen mode so I hope there are no connectivity issues. But I dont like pen mode because I have to write really tiny on the tablet which is 6"x4".
Here is video of the issue with mouse mode.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver (How do I uninstall (manually) and re-install the Wacom driver on Windows for a Pen Tablet, Pen Display, or Pen Computer? – Wacom)
Try an older version of the driver.
- Driver 6.4.8-3 (suitable for Windows 10 & 11)
- Driver 6.4.6-2 (for Windows 10 & 11, 64-bit)
None of the above helped me.
What helped me was creating a new Windows Admin account and trying wacom there. So, I assume there is some configuration or background application in old account that was interfering with wacom input in my case. But now again, the issue is back though not as bad as earlier. I can at least use OneNote.0
