Driver not cooperating with Clip Studio Paint

I am operating a Wacom 13 One with Clip Studio Paint Pro ver 4, at the start the most recent driver(6.4.12-3) did not respond well to my brush and had to downgrade to 6.4.6-2 just to get it do work properly again, but after my Windows 11 forced an update that no longer works, I want my driver to start working with the pen again but I'm not confident that upgrading the driver is going to work if it couldn't work with previous Windows 11 and I've already restarted this tablet multiple times over.
