Wacom Intuos Pro S working but not charging

Hi, I just bought this intuos pro S (pth-460) and it is working great, the only issue is that whenever I plug it in my laptop (MSI Katana), it never charges, there's only one still white LED on the touch ring. I've tried to "unpair" and reconnect the tablet multiple times, but whenever I plug it in, it just doesn't charge, any tips? I'd love to use the bluetooth function.
