Wacom Pro medium always delayed start on windows 11

My wacom always takes about 1-3 minutes to start with a reboot or from cold start.

I have tried
1. Reisntalling. Works with one reboot, them problem gets back.
2. Changing usb ports. Nothing happens.
3. Delayed autostart in services (Helped one reboot, then problem was back)
4. Turned of "USB power saving" for USB Root Hub, Generic Hub, Host Controller et under device manager (Helped one reboot, problem back after shutdown->cold boot)
5. Windows is all updated
6. Unplug/replug right after startup

Any ideas?
