Wacom Display Settings not starting for Cintiq 16

I recently got a new Cintiq 16 and when I click Start on the Display Settings to calibrate, I'm getting either an error saying "There is a known error in communication with the display." or the display settings just crashes when I try to open it. I'm getting some pen functionality but it's not aligned with my cursor so the calibration is off. Here is my set-up. 

• Running MacOS Tahoe 26.4
• Installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled latest Wacom drivers multiple times on two different Macs (same OS)
• Both the machines I have only have thunderbolt ports so I'm using a hub/adapter. 
• I've turned off True Tone & Automatically Adjust Brightness
• I've added the Wacom drivers to Privacy and Accessibility settings to allow them to control my computer. 

It really seems like there's some security setting somewhere that is blocking the drivers but I'm tearing my hair out trying to find it.
