The best solution to stop this is turn 'touch' function off manually, not a great a solution but at least you can use the tablet without having to restart your mac. I noticed this has been an issue...

My tablet is connected by usb and displays no error messages, but I have noticed 'Touch on' keeps turning off/on intermittently.
