In some instances, the MobileStudio Pro is identified by Windows as the default audio device. If you lose the sound on your PC after installing the MobileStudio Pro, simply follow these steps to quickly restore sound:
Windows® 7:
- Go to the Control Panel
- Select "Hardware and Sound"
- Select “Manage Audio Devices”
- Right click on " MobileStudio Pro "
- Select "Disable"
- Select "Apply"
- Click "OK"
Windows 8:
- Press Start +X to open Window System Menu
- Select Control Panel from System Menu
- Select “Hardware and Sound”
- Select “Manage Audio Devices”
- Right Click on the “MobileStudio Pro”
- Select “Disable”
- Select “Apply”
- Click “Ok”
Windows 10:
- Search for “Control Panel” in the Windows Search Box
- Select “Hardware and Sound”
- Select “Manage Audio Devices”
- Right click on " MobileStudio Pro "
- Select "Disable"
- Select "Apply"
- Click "OK"
