Can I sign any existing PDF document within the application?

Yes;

Open the PDF by selecting “Open” from the “File” menu
Then navigate to the folder that contains the document you want sign.

You can also open a PDF document by dropping it into the application window, or by right clicking on the document and selecting "Open with > Wacom sign | pro PDF.”
