Wacom recommends to consider the following issues that are affecting some customers using Windows 10 version 1903 with Wacom devices.
- The screen cursor changes to a dot when working with a pen. This makes it difficult to see the screen cursor’s location when working with a pen tablet. For more information see our guide here
- Monitors show banding (vertical stripes) in color gradations. If your PC is affected, this will interfere with color sensitive or color accurate work on a Cintiq (or any monitor).
- Microsoft has released Windows 10 (1903) Cumulative Update KB4505903 released on July 26, 2019. It is also suggested to update your video drivers.
Wacom recommends customers consider these issues when planning an upgrade to version 1903. Both issues have been reported to Microsoft for resolution.
