Here are quick steps for setting up your Wacom Cintiq Pro with different configurations.
For computers with DisplayPort and standard USB-A ports:
- Place your Wacom Cintiq Pro on a flat surface
- Open the cable cover on the rear of your Wacom Cintiq Pro and remove the small cover on the top of the cable cover for cable routing.
- Connect the Power Adapter to a wall socket, then plug the power connector on the AC Adapter to the power connector (which has a rectangle shape) in the cable compartment.
- Connect the supplied DisplayPort cable to a DisplayPort port on the Wacom Cintiq Pro.
- Connect the other end of the DisplayPort cable to your computer.
- Connect supplied USB-A 3.0 cable to a USB-A connector inside cable compartment.
- Connect the other end of the USB-A 3.0 cable to your computer.
- For a different angle, the built-in legs on the underside of the Wacom Cintiq Pro can be extended.
- Power on the Wacom Cintiq Pro by pressing the power button for 2 seconds.
For computers with HDMI and standard USB-A ports:
- Place your Wacom Cintiq Pro on a flat surface
- Open the cable cover on the rear of your Wacom Cintiq Pro and remove the small cover on the top of the cable cover for cable routing.
- Connect the Power Adapter to a wall socket, then plug the power connector on the AC Adapter to the power connector (which has a rectangle shape) in the cable compartment.
- Connect the supplied HDMI 2.0 cable to the HDMI port on the Wacom Cintiq Pro.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI 2.0 cable to your computer.
- Connect supplied USB-A 3.0 cable to USB-A connector inside the cable compartment.
- Connect the other end of the USB-A 3.0 cables to your computer.
- For a different angle, the built-in legs on the underside of the Wacom Cintiq Pro can be extended.
- Power on the Wacom Cintiq Pro by pressing the power button for 2 seconds.
- For 4K resolution on the Wacom Cintiq Pro, HDMI on your computer must support HDMI 2.0. Otherwise, please connect your computer to the Wacom Cintiq Pro using either DisplayPort or USB-C.
For computers with USB-C ports:
- Please note, your computer’s USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alternate (DP ALT) mode
- Place your Wacom Cintiq Pro on a flat surface
- Open the cable cover on the rear of your Wacom Cintiq Pro and remove the small cover on the top of the cable cover for cable routing.
- Connect the Power Adapter to a wall socket, then plug the power connector on the AC Adapter to the power connector (which has a rectangle shape) in the cable compartment.
- Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the USB-C connector inside the cable compartment.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to your computer.
- For a different angle, the built-in legs on the underside of the Wacom Cintiq Pro can be extended.
- Power on the Wacom Cintiq Pro by pressing the power button for 2 seconds.
