You will need to register your device, please follow the steps below:
1. Launch Wacom Center.
2. If you are using a new device, "blue banner" will appear in top so please click.
3. Enter your Wacom ID and register your product.
4. Once completed, you will see the bonus software inside the Wacom Center, please download and use it.
Also we are support for smartphone registration in this product. Please also try the following procedure.
1. Scan the QR code on the back of the product with your smartphone.
2. Follow the guide on web page, create a Wacom ID and log in.
3. When you see the message "Product registration is complete," put down your smartphone and go to account.wacom.com on the PC with Wacom One is connected.
4. Enter your Wacom ID again on the PC and go to the software download page to obtain the software you want.
