Application to use Tablet PC mode (not WinTab).
Observed Behavior:
- Adobe Photoshop: The first few strokes are clipped or fail to draw completely.
- Clip Studio Paint: Strokes become intermittent and are applied with maximum pressure until the pen is lifted out of proximity for approximately 0.5 seconds.
Root Cause:
The issue occurs because DCV Bridge redirects Windows Ink input to the remote session. This interferes with pen state synchronization when focus switches between local and remote applications.
Recommendation:
It is strongly recommended to disable Windows Ink redirection when using DCV Bridge thru the following registry key in the remote session :
Computer\HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\GSettings\com\nicesoftware\dcv\input
