What are the two lights beside the power button for on the Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 (2021)?

The LED next to the power button shows the Wacom Cintiq Pro status:

LED Status	Meaning
Blue Solid	The Cintiq is powered on
Amber breathing	The Cintiq has power and is in Standby mode
Off	The Cintiq is turned off
White blinking	The Cintiq receives pen tip input.
