    Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem. I have CTL-4100.

    I have updated my software for the tablet tonight and the option to use eyedropper with a click on my pen has disappeared, after searching I found out that you can use the alt key to get the same effect but it's not working when I try to set it up as a modifier. I tried to open the link to the tutorial that you got as a reply but it says that I'm not authorized to read it.

    So I'd like to ask if you could tell me if you fixed your problem and how you've fixed it.
