Even when I'm not drawing and hovering my pen above the tablet, it still detects input.

Hi! The Wacom I bought last year in July was my first Wacom. I was happy with everything until I had to change the pen nib. In a tutorial I watched, it explained how to replace it, but after I replaced it, it still recognized me as "drawing" even when I was in close proximity to the tablet. I went online and I tried to find a solution, but nothing worked! Please help D:

  The same problem is happening to me also. Everything was fine with me before I tried to change my nib. Can anybody please help to solve this issue?
