Cintiq 32 pro not appearing connected in new Wacom one software
Greetings,
I've been having trouble with my Cintiq 32 pro for about a week. I'm running it on a 2020 M1 Mac Mini and have Ventura. It had been running no problem after I updated to Ventura and Wacom One new software for past few months then it started not being recognized in the Wacom one software. The external buttons on the upper right of the Cintiq don't respond either except for the monitor mode selector. I've had that problem longer. Touch control, settings, keyboard and whatever the other one is no response to touch. Stylus doesn't work on monitor. I think I may have turned off the touch setting but nothing responds to except the video input switcher. Any idea?
Thanks
Craig

Hi Craig,
From what you describe, either there there is a connection issue, or the permissions on your Mac OS are not properly set.
- Make sure the Cintiq Pro 32 is really properly connected: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006333282
- Set all your Mac OS permissions correctly: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/9753655984663-Is-there-a-driver-for-macOS-13-Ventura-
If you are still having issues, please provide us some additional details, screenshots or error messages you may see.
