Cintiq Pro 32 screen discolouration

Hello, I bought my Cintiq a few months ago second hand. It was from someone who bought it 2 years ago but hadn't used it much at all and it seemed very close to brand new.

Everything was fine until a month ago when I noticed a yellowing discolouration in the centre of the screen (see image - background is pure white)

Is this something anyone else has experienced? Can it be fixed? Although secondhand, it was still expensive and I am bummed out and would like to know what to do.

My Old Cintiq HD was a workhorse that lasted 7 years without issue, so I'm not sure how this has happened!

  Sorry to see this. The only thing I can recommend is that you contact your regional support team and check what can be done. There is no remote solution for this.
