Wacom Center automatic startup when first time login - how to prevent?

Hello,
How to prevent "Wacom Center", "welcome screen" and "Wacom Experience Program" from automatically starting when each user login for first time?
We have dozens of Wacom One 13 (DTC133) tablets connected to computers in our University and plan to buy more. These computers are shared between teachers - they are publicly available in the classrooms. Each teacher has their own Windows account on each computer (Active Directory acconuts). It's confusing and a waste of time for teachers to have to close the Wacom Center, the welcome screen and the Wacom Experience program every time they turn on when they have their first lesson in a new classroom. How can I prevent this?
I'm an IT technician and I can change any option you recommend to me (Windows registry, any configuration files etc.).

  Case solved. I got help from the support team.
