Bluetooth devices are intermittently disabled while using the Cintiq 22 DTK2260 with Express Remote
So, a few issues actually. While using the tablet, occasionally the bluetooth on my mac os will stop working. Tablet and pen still work, but my BT mouse and keyboard stop functioning. This is only fixed once I unplug the usb that connects from the tablet to my computer as well as unplugging the remote toggle. After 20-30seconds bluetooth turns back on. Why? And how do I fix this?
The bigger issue is that every time I restart my system I have the same problem. Once it boots up my bluetooth is disabled completely until I unplug the usb and toggle. Then bluetooth turns back on, I plug the usb and toggle back in and everything works fine.
This is very annoying and I would like a solution, please?
Thanks for any help.

Hi Dave,
This seems more like an issue with your Mac than with the Wacom device.
You should check with Apple support what is causing the connection failure on Bluetooth.

Maybe? But this never happened before. Like, my bluetooth devices have NEVER stopped working randomly. This started literally the day I set up the Wacom. So.. it has to be something with the tablet as BT works completely fine otherwise..

Hi Dave,
Might appear that way, but it is the Operating System that manages all devices connected to the computer. The neither the Wacom Driver nor the Wacom tablet.
Also we have no history of BT devices disconnecting when you connect a Wacom device via USB cable. BT and USB connections are not related in anyway.
My guess is this is an internal power related issue and resetting the SMC might help - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
However, for a full diagnose, it's better to check with Apple support. We have no means to diagnose this.
