Tablet PTH-660 Not Working With New imac

Set up a new machine and  my pen is not working. I keep getting a security message to check boxes in Accessibility and Input Monitoring. I have followed all instructions.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled a new driver. The machine recognizes the tablet but the pen is not working. Every time I touch it, I get the security message. I'm pretty fed up with both Apple and Wacom to be honest. This should not be this difficult.
