Cant install PTH 460 on mac. it says remove old version

I cant install my tablet on my mac. when I run the installer package it says remove old version, but theres no uninstaller. the wacom folder on my computer has nothing in it.

  That is strange. Can you please post a screenshot and show exactly what happens?

  unfortunately I can see no way to uninstall anything.

  Jeff, did you follow the instructions on my previous post?

  Also, the message in your photo states the opposite of what you wrote. Which driver are you trying to install? 

  Please make sure you install only the latest one from: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers

  Yeah, except there are no wacom folder in my applications.

  I think I deleted the folder at one point, but didn't do an uninstall.

  Hi Jeff, 

  That would explain why the folder is missing.

  Are you able to follow the remaining steps in the articles? You will need to remove all the remaining files manually and then try to install the latest driver again.

  Hopefully this fixes the issue for you.
