Cintiq 22 wont start without power cable
So let me put the whole story here. I bought a new Cintiq 22 last year but havent unpacked it for more than 7 months.
I charged the Wacom for 8 hours first time. When I tried to press the power button after without charger nothing happened. I could only start and maintain with charger intact. According to the helpdesk where I live my battery fell a sleep. Furthermore when I open the software and press Display settings to check my battery status it says: Compatable display device not found.
I have installed the software for my DTK2260/K0A.
Now comes the infuriating part. I recieve another new Cintiq 22 and I open immediately and I get the same EXACT result.
Either we are extremely incompetent where I'm from, me and helpdesk or Im unlucky to receive sleeping battery twice, well first time was probably my fault.
Are we missing something here?

Hi Zlaraki
I could not find any ticket in our support system under your name. Perhaps you have a ticket number we could look into?To clarify, there is no battery on the DTK2260/K0A. The Cintiq 22 will always need to be plugged into a power supply to work.
Please refer to your product manual for more details: http://101.wacom.com/UserHelp/en/TOC/DTK-2260.html
As for the error message you are getting, it means that Windows is not being able to communicate with the display. This is most commonly caused by a missing connection. Pease make sure you connect the HDMI cable directly to you computer and that you follow the connection guide closely: http://101.wacom.com/UserHelp/en/Setup1_Cintiq22_2018.htm
