Wacom One 13 Pen is not drawing

wacom center does not recognize my tablet as a result to this my pen doesn't work.

i tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers but it didn't work

  If is not detected by the Wacom Center, then it's probably not correctly connected. Please check the quick start guide here: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/getting-started/wacom-one
