updated wacom drivers do not work on Mac Big Sur
I don't know what I am doing wrong. This is my 5th time installing the latest drives for my DTK-1301 to my Mac(Big Sur) and it's not recognising it! I have never had this problem before. Everything in Accesibilty and Monitor input is checked. So I really don't know what the prioblem is.

Hi denisa costin,
What you describe sounds more like a connection issue more than a driver issue. If your device is not being detected, please first check the connection and make sure it's properly connected:
- Power OFF the Cintiq
- Unplug every cable
- Connect the 3-in-1 cable to the Cintiq using the proprietary connector
- Connect the USB component of the 3-in-1 cable to a USB port on your Mac
- Connect the HDMI component of the 3-in-1 cable to a HDMI port on your Mac
- Connect the Power component of the 3-in-1 cable to the power supply
- Power ON the Cintiq
Note: If you are using a USB adapter and it is not possible to avoid this, try a different one.
If the issue persists, let us know exactly how you are connecting the device.

OMG, so the problem I had was the USB adapter. Reading your post, I went out and got a new one. Followed your steps and now Wacom center finally recognises it!
Thank you
