One Display does not detected

Just purchased a Wacom One Display. Desktop recognizes the tablet as a second monitor, all drivers are updated, but the Center does not recognize the hardware is plugged in. I am not able to register or use it for its intended purpose.

  I had this exact same problem, I was on the verge of a breakdown because I was so excited about this tablet, but the pen wasn't working and it wasn't detecting, until I read this.
