Power Turns Off Fresh Battery
I have the IntroPro S and just updated to 6.4.3.2 and it did this with the older driver too it shuts off with 100% battery and its wireless not plugged in.

Either the battery is no longer any charge, or the pairing through Bluetooth is not being successful.
Could you please confirm if you are able to complete these steps:

Note: If you are using Windows, make sure you select the right device from the Blueooth list while pairing: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006273021-Why-do-I-see-two-Bluetooth-Intuos-Pro-devices-in-Windows-Bluetooth-Device-List-If you are not able to pair at all, try resetting the device's Bluetooth memory:
If the issue persists, the battery is probably no longer working and you would need to check the warranty options in your region.
