Hi Chris Johnson,
When you test the eraser end of the pen, is there any reaction? Does the Status LED on the Cintiq light up?
Is the Cintiq 22 detected by the Wacom Center?
Please try all the steps here as well: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/8810276474775-Pen-input-or-touch-input-does-not-work-as-expected

Thank you for your response.
There is no reaction to the eraser end of the pen, nothing when the tip is used and nothing when the buttons are pressed. This is a brand new Grip pen that was sealed upon it's arrival. It is actually the second pen I ordered just to reconfirm the issues I am having.
The status LED lights up blue for power, but it has never lit up for the pen when it is in proximity or touched the screen as the pen has never been detected by the tablet or by Wacom Center or the Tablet Properties application.
Though the Cintiq 22HD (DTK-2200) tablet is recognized in the Wacom center and tablet properties.
I followed all of the steps to freshly install the newest driver from Wacom. Including unplugging the tablet usb cable until the full restart has completed of the newest driver installer. Reconfirming the connections of all of the cables per the manual.
It looks like the last stage of this process is to submit a ticket. I am not sure how much good that will do. My Cintiq 22HD tablet functions as a screen otherwise and there are no other obvious defects to the device.

Hi Chris Johnson,
Thanks for checking.
Unfortunately, it does seem like the pen sensor is faulty since the Blue LED is not reacting to the pen. That would mean that the device would need to be repaired.
If this is something that you would consider, you can check with the regional support team by submitting a support ticket through the form.
