Digitally Signed documents only blank pages
I have a client that signed his documents electronically using Wacom hardware and saves the documents. When opening the document on the pc where it was signed, you can view the document pages normally, everything is visible.
But when he e-mails the document to the client, the client is unable to see any content on the pages, except the signature. This also happens when the document is saved to the local file server, no content in document, just signatures. The document can be opened when using Google Chrome browser, but not Adobe PDF Reader.
Only the signing pc can open the complete document.
What can I check?

Hi Anton Potgieter,
First think I would check is if the Adobe PDF reader on the customer side is up to date. From experience this is often the cause for most of these issues.
If that doesn't help then it would be better to collect as much information as possible, and then contact our support team directly: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support-
