    Hi Alex Vvalleau

I don't have an iPad I can test this with at the moment but I see you made a video and opened a ticket with our support team. That is great because what is exactly what I was going to suggest.

Someone will reach out to you soon.

Well, I did, and they're getting to me, but they made me reset my iPad, which made it so I can't get back to the open ticket page. How... how do I navigate back to the open ticket on a web browser so I can see the responses?

    Hi Alex Vvalleau

The easiest way to see a response would be to check your email. For reference, your ticket number is #1639072

I have the exact same problem. I thought the app wasn't thoroughly tested, and that it would be a problem solved with a patch instead of requiring tickets.

Indeed, the problem is easy to describe :
    - The app lags when zooming, and when moving the view after zooming.
    - The app lags when moving or changing the size of an inserted picture, making it hard to place.
    - The app doesn't recognize the selection of a picture. It behaves as if I wanted to draw on the picture, regardless of the time I press on the picture.
    - I can select a previously inserted picture by inserting another one, which make all pictures clickable, then cancelling the picture insertion.

Looks like a problem between the app and the iPad operating system, because of the lag and loss of selection that appeared with the 2.20.0 version.

Would it be possible to temporarily go back to the previous version, while you guys search for a solution?

I did a reset of my iPad. That was a nice bet, but it didn't solved the problem.

    Hi Jérémy E

We are aware of this issue. I will be fixed in the next app update. I don't know when it will happen though.

    Hello!

    That's very good news!

I've no problem with the delay. As soon as the app is gonna work again at some point, I see no point in searching for an alternative.
Especially as the app is one of the best for holding a diary. I can bear a difficult user experience for some months.
