Useless sales department
I recently purchased a Cintiq 27 Pro, with stand and Loupedeck live, but the implied supply time is not being adhered to and no one is responding.
When you first look at delivery times, Wacom states '2-3 business days after order confirmation', but it appears to be the only business in the world that does not produce an automatic confirmation immediately upon payment. It transpires that Wacom can stretch out the process as long as they want because of some bizarre 'order review' and all I've had are two non-descript emails telling me that I've paid for products that might be sent out if they feel like it, in Wacom's own good time!
So the question is: Do Wacom want my order or should I cancel if I don't get a reply withing the next 24 hours? At the moment, cancel is a very strong possibility.
If anyone knows how to get any manners and movement from Wacom I might change my mind.
