New to wacom tablet

So I got a Wacom CTL 472K1A I don't have apps for note taking I bought so I can handwrite not just the keyboard and so on. When I move the pen it moves the cursor. Please help what app do I need to write a journal or notes ? thanks can this be used for email signing also with y hand written signature?

  Hi Rod Marois, 

  Which Operating System are you using? Windows or MAc? You can virtually use any app you want for note taking but each Operating System has some different apps available natively you can test out. 

  You can also check our own Wacom Notes, or Bamboo Paper. Once you get used to it, you can do some research online and try out different apps.

  I am on Mac Book Air. I am getting a Chrome book also soon. there was an update a week ago now yesterday again thanks.
