My Cintiq Pro 24" Touch Isn't Detected
Hi there, for some reason, my Cintiq Pro 24" Touch pen display isn't being detected by my PC. Though my pen, remote, and touch features don't seem to work, it does work as a display. The button to change its display mode does work, while the one to enable/disable touch functionality is unresponsive.
So far, I've tried:
- Restarting my PC
- Restarting the "Wacom Professional Service" and the "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service"
- Disconnecting the tablet from my PC entirely, waiting, and then reconnecting it
- Updating the driver
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm completely stumped. Thanks!

Hi Erick Martinez,
There is probably an issue with the USB connection. Try to replace the USB cable and if you are using a USB HUB try connecting directly to the computer if possible.
Please note that the video and the pen/touch components will work independently from each other.
