Wacom One 13 turns off and on when the pen gets close

The drivers are up to date, the cables are secure, but the tablet turns itself off the moment the pen gets close to the screen. It turns itself back on immediately. In Wacom Center, everything is good except Display Settings crashes the moment it is launched. This device worked when I got it. I put it away for a few weeks and when I got it back out this happened.

  I had the same issue. All my cables were plugged in properly and when my pen got close the screen restarted. Fiddling around, I found that I needed to use the dedicated end-plug for the power source instead of using a random available USB outlet. use the dedicated plugs and it should fix it.

  Thank you Peter! I finally found the correct plug (thanks to your photo) and it solved the problem!
