after update problems with adobe photoshop

My pen for wacom cintiq en intuos  is not working by select layers.

The pen  cannot select more layers and only the mouse can do it 

I have photoshop 2023 and 2024 for photoshop on a mac pro imac pro  from 2017 and everything is updated.

  I re-installed for the third time. Now my Wacom device only recognizes my pen with the Intuos, but displays the error message on security settings, but I have checked everything
  
  In my cintiq he does not see the pen and all pens do not work, what now?
