Hi Dominika Czerniak-Chojnacka,
This is a system wide issue we just discovered with the latest driver release. Please see the workaround here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/16419655081623-Frequent-cursor-hangs

Hi João.
I'm also having this problem and is not just in Photoshop, but on the Mac finder and other apps as well. The shift key is not working for multiple selection and other functions together with my Intuos Pro. I reset the driver many times and the problem persisted. I realized the problem when I reset my Mac on Safe Mode without running the Wacom Driver. The shift key worked perfectly. This is WACOM's problem. Please fix it ASAP0 -
I'm having the same problem, and tried a variety of fixes... the only thing that has worked, is removing the current driver, and downloading & installing the previous version 6.4.3-2
