Wacom Intuos (2018) device not found

i have owned a wacom small intous for a while but i have never been able to actually use it. it simply wont let me access the properties or center. i have gone thought evyerthing so simply uninstalling and restaring does not work. i do not have the service stuff as well so i can run it there. not sure what else to do as everything listed on the support about what to do has not worked. if needed i have a windows 11 whitch is fully up to date with all updated drivers.

  What happens exactly when you try to open the properties? Is there an error message? 

  First make sure the tablet is correctly plugged in. The power LED should turn ON. If this is done, then check for the error message and follow the steps here:
