Using Modifier Onscreen keys without touch for Wacom One product
I've seen a video for how to assign and use onscreen express modifier keys for Wacom One but it's explained using only multitouch. I have a Wacom One that does not feature multitouch, is there another way to use modifier keys with this? Thank you

Hi Michael L Smith,
You can assign On-Screen Controls by assigning the menu to one of the pen buttons.
It looks more or less like this (I am using a Pro Pen 3 but it should be the same with the Wacom One pen):

Thanks @Joao, I got all that down. But it won’t work like a modifier key. I mean it won’t hold, it only taps like how someone normally presses a key

Hi Michael L Smith,
Oh sorry... I forgot the question was specific for modifiers.
For modifiers you will either need to use your keyboard, or an accessory like the ExpressKey remote:
https://estore.wacom.com/en-de/expresskey-remote-accessory-ack-411050.htmlThere is no other way to do that with a non-touch display because the pen input can only manage the cursor location - it cannot be where you want to click, and where the On-screen Key Modifier is.

I don't understand the point of that. Why not just make the key hold with one press until pressed again? No need to pay for a clunky block that'll just hinder the creative experience.. sorry, I'm not complaining to you- I'm just confused as to why this is an issue. Thank you, João

Hi Michael L Smith,
All good.
I will send your feedback to the team. But to be honest, I don't think that would be a good user experience.
You would need 1 button press (to trigger the on-screen menu) + 2 clicks. If you need that often, it adds up and becomes extremely time consuming.
You also don't need the Remote for modifiers since you can also use your keyboard but the remote can do things a keyboard can't.

I’m not familiar with that trick. I launch the floating key wheel and pin it in place as I work.
Assuming I’m working in the way I described it would be one tap on the wheel for my 2+ button modifier then the software would hold it active until I tap it again. I could be missing something but thank you for ticketing this
